Anisa & Chocolate

Anisa & Chocolate  is a boutique chocolate business specialising in luxury, Artisan chocolates. I make sure that every chocolate I make dazzles the eyes as well as the tastebuds.

My micro-batch Bean-to-Bar chocolates are made with beans from some of the best cocoa growing regions in the world. 

I roast, crack, winnow and grind the beans using careful artisan techniques. After a minimum of 40 hours of grinding, the beans, sugar and cocoa butter are transformed into luscious smooth chocolate. I hand temper and mould each chocolate bar.

My luxury chocolate gift boxes are made with fine flavour couverture  from Colombia, Madagascar and other exquisite cocoa growing regions. My chocolates are individually hand painted and decorated for that extra special touch.

Ethics and quality are at the heart of what I do. I make sure that my cocoa beans and couverture are sourced through Direct Trade and Raise Trade models (considered by many in the industry as fairer than Fair Trade). The cocoa I use is grown on family farms and estates and the farmers are paid a premium price for their crop.
